1. Identification of the Provider

2. Purpose

This document regulates the contracting conditions for digital restoration, enhancement, processing, and animation services for photographs and images using digital techniques and Artificial Intelligence.

3. Service Description

The service may include, depending on the client's request:

  • Restoration of old or damaged photographs.

  • Quality, resolution, and sharpness enhancement.

  • Color correction and defect removal.

  • Animation of static images using Artificial Intelligence. The results obtained constitute a digital interpretation of the original material.

4. Contracting Procedure

  • The client may contact the provider via the web form or email.

  • Upon receipt of the material, the provider will inform the client regarding the feasibility of the service, the price, and the estimated delivery time.

  • Work will only commence after express acceptance by the client.

5. Material Provided by the Client

The client declares that they hold the rights to the images provided or have the corresponding authorization for their processing. The provider is not responsible for any claims arising from the use of material without the corresponding rights.

6. Results and Limitations

The client accepts that the final result depends largely on the quality of the original material and the technical process used. The use of AI technologies may generate non-exact or interpretative results. Obtaining results identical to the original reality is not guaranteed.

7. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated in the quote, the service includes one reasonable revision. Additional modifications may incur an extra cost.

8. Delivery Times

Delivery times are approximate and are communicated individually for each order. The provider is not responsible for delays caused by the client's lack of response or changes requested during the process.

9. Price and Payment Method

The price of the service will be communicated prior to the start of the work. Payment will be made according to the method indicated by the provider. Final material will be delivered once full payment is received.

10. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer and user regulations, the client accepts that, as this is a personalized service performed according to their specifications, the right of withdrawal is not applicable once the work has begun.

11. Use of Results

The client may use the delivered files for personal use. Any commercial or advertising use must be communicated in advance. Unless expressly stated otherwise by the client, the provider may use reduced versions or fragments of the work for promotional and portfolio purposes.

12. Data Protection

The processing of personal data shall be governed by the provisions of the Privacy Policy published on this website.

13. Liability

The provider is not responsible for:

  • Subjective expectations of the client regarding the final result.

  • Subsequent uses of the delivered files.

  • Loss of files once delivered to the client.

14. Applicable Law

These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. For any controversy, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the provider's professional address, unless legal provision states otherwise.
